Service Description

A 6 week course to help you bring a daily meditation practice into your life! The benefits to a daily meditation practice are endless, so why isn't everyone doing it? The fact is that creating a new routine is HARD and it requires discipline. This is why we have created this 6 week course, to help you reap the benefits of daily meditation! I will be with you every step of the way, each week expanding your knowledge and extending your meditation time. The course includes: - Weekly modules teaching you everything you need to know about meditation - Weekly recorded guided meditations to practice (you can keep these forever) - Facebook group for you to meet like-minded people, and post any questions or experiences you're having - Monday to Friday support through text and voice messages - Free access to my Tuesday night meditation groups - One of my journals - Lifetime access to all content
